George Ezra has sold out both his Jockey Club Live shows this summer!

One of the biggest selling artists of the decade, George Ezra will be headlining Sandown Park Racecourse on Wednesday 1st August and Newmarket Racecourses on Friday 17th August. Both shows have now sold out, but there are limited hospitality packages remaining!

It’s been a busy couple of years for George!

Back in 2014, George Ezra released his debut album – Wanted On Voyage. It has since been certified 4x platinum in the UK, gold in the US, and was amongst the top 10 biggest selling artist albums in this country in both 2014 and 2015. As well as reaching #1 in the Official UK Chart and spending 122 weeks in the chart overall.

In little more than 18 months he went from virtual unknown to one of the international breakthrough artists of recent times: taking in a top 10 album in 10 countries; three sold out UK tours; nominations for four BRITs, one BBC Music Award and an Ivor Novello.

This year George released his highly anticipated second studio album – Staying at Tamara’s – which went straight to the top spot of the UK chart, as well as the top ten of several other countries. The album includes feel good tracks: Paradise, Pretty Shining People and Don’t Matter Now.

The most successful track from the new album – Shotgun – has been at Number 1 in the UK singles chart for two weeks now. However, Ezra is keen to knock himself off from the top spot in favour of The Lightning Seeds’ football anthem Three Lions. Check out his plea to his Twitter followers below:

Although both the Sandown Park and Newmarket Racecourses shows have sold out of General Admission tickets, limited hospitality packages are available.
