BOOKING AND COLLECTING TICKETS

1When will I get the tickets I bought over the phone/online?
Your tickets will be sent to you no later than one week prior to the event.
2What should I do if my tickets don’t arrive?
If you have not received your tickets three days prior to the event, please contact the point of purchase that you used:

3I have lost my tickets. Can I get replacements?
The relevant ticket outlet may issue duplicate Tickets at Music Plus Sport’s discretion.  If the relevant ticket outlet issues a duplicate Ticket, it may charge a reasonable administration fee. Please contact the point of purchase that you used:

5How can I tell if a ticket seller or website is legitimate?
We recommend not purchasing tickets from unauthorised vendors as we cannot guarantee that they are authentic and you may be refused entry. Only purchase tickets from authorised ticket sellers: Gloucester Rugby, Music Plus Sport, Ticketmaster or AXS. Please note, we do not accept resold tickets from unofficial ticket sites such as Viagogo and similar secondary ticketing websites.
6How can I contact the Box Office?

7Can I upgrade my tickets once purchased/on the day?
No.
8If I can no longer attend, can I return my tickets? How do I get an exchange or refund?

Unfortunately we cannot offer any exchange or refund unless the event is cancelled.

Do I need to purchase a seat for my child if they can sit on my lap?

We do not recommend bringing young children to a concert environment. If you do decide to, they will need their own ticket.
10What do I do if the concert is cancelled?

Where an Event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event or where there is a material change to the programme of the Event, You will be entitled to a refund on the tickets purchased. The refund shall be calculated as the face value of the tickets purchased plus the followings fees:

For tickets purchased from AXS – Service Fees| UK Standard Mail Fees (n.b. UK Standard Mail Fees will not be refunded in the event that your tickets have already been despatched or delivered to you)

For tickets purchased from Gloucester Rugby – Booking Fees | Carriage Fees (n.b. Carriage Fees will not be refunded in the event that your tickets have already been despatched or delivered to you)

For tickets purchased from Ticketmaster – Per Item Fees / Service Charges | Postage / Order Processing Fees (n.b. Postage Fees / Order Processing Fees will not be refunded in the event that your tickets have already been despatched or delivered to you)

11How can I buy accessible seats?
This is sold through the venue only, customers need to call the Venue Ticket Office on 01452 872289 and ask for the accessible seating co-ordinator.
12Does my ticket allow me to meet the band?
No. Meet and greets with the band are only available through winning competitions.

 


BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

1What should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing the following items:

  • Your ticket(s)
    (If you have a standing ticket for the pitch, you need to bring the wristband you have been sent as well as your ticket)
  • Cash
  • Credit / debit cards
  • ID (driving licence or passport will be required to purchase alcohol if ID is
    requested)
  • Sealed, plastic water bottles (under 500ml)
  • Sunscreen
  • Waterproof clothes

2When should I arrive?

Gates open at 16:00 for Hospitality and the Food Courts & Bars (Kingsholm main carpark Gate 2 or Gate 3), the main stadium (pitch and stands) opens at 17:00 and the first act will begin at approximately 19:15. We recommend arriving early to allow for bag checks (smaller then A4 – any bags bigger than A4 won’t be allowed in) and queues.

3Can I bring my mobile phone?
Yes, but recording of the performance is not permitted.
4Can I bring my camera?
Cameras without a retractable lens will be allowed in but photography of the performance is not permitted. GoPros are not permitted.
5Can I bring my iPad / tablet?
iPads/tablets will not be allowed into the venue.
6How can I best plan my travel to and from the event?

7Is there parking available?
There is no parking at the stadium. There is a park and ride that will be in operation on the day. This will be charged at £3.00 per person.

8Is there bike parking at the stadium?
No, there is no bike parking on site for this event.
9Will taxis be able to drop off and collect at Kingsholm?

ENTRY

1What security measures are in place for the event?
An enhanced security operation will be in place for this event. We are working in partnership with the Police and all appropriate security measures have been taken. Bag searching will be carried out at all entry points, so please allow time for your bag to be checked.
2Can I take my bag in to the event?
Yes, but it will be checked as part of security measures. All bags will need to be smaller than an A4 piece of paper in size.
3What time do gates open for this event?
16:00.
4What can't I bring into the stadium?

The following items will not be allowed into the stadium:

  • Food and drink (water in a sealed plastic bottle is allowed as long as it is under 500ml)
  • Glass Bottles
  • Cans
  • Flasks
  • Cool boxes & hampers
  • Flags/banners
  • Helium balloons
  • Sharp/large rings
  • Flares and firework, smoke grenades, airhorns
  • Bags larger than A4 size (21cm x 30cm)
  • Laser Pointers/Pens and Glow Sticks
  • Sharp objects, any items that could potentially be used as a weapon
  • Audio or Video Recording Devices such as personal computers, laptops, iPads and tablets
  • Selfie Sticks, Go-Pros or similar devices
  • Large umbrellas, parasols, tents, gazebos
  • Any chairs including collapsible, or any other item of furniture
  • Skate board, roller skates, bicycles, hover boards
  • Balls, frisbees, kites
  • Barbecues
  • Lanterns or anything that can be lit with a naked flame
  • Drones or other UAV devices
  • Any of these prohibited items must be disposed of before admission. If it is not entry will be refused.
  • No animals will be permitted with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

5What types of food and drink can I bring in?
Only water in sealed, plastic bottles will be allowed into the stadium – under 500ml.
6Are there any age restriction for this event?
We do not recommend bringing young children to a concert environment. If you do decide to, they will need their own ticket. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. One adult can accompany two under 18’s.
7Can I bring an umbrella?
Large Umbrellas will not be allowed into the venue. If you have a small umbrella we politely ask that they are not opened during the performance as it will impact others’ enjoyment of the event.
8Where is the hospitality entrance?
The entrance for hospitality guests is situated near Gate 2 and further information is included in the packs that have been issued to hospitality guests.
9Can I bring a pushchair?
We strongly discourage you to bring prams into the stadium as unfortunately there is no storage facilities.
10Which gates should I use to enter the Stadium? Which gates should I use to enter the Stadium?
Via Gate 2 (Kingsholm Road) or Gate 3 (Deans Walk). Please note Gate 1 is Closed and will be used for exit at the end of the concert only.
11I am disabled, how do I access the stadium?
You can access the stadium through either via Gate 2 or 3, then please make your way to Gate 3C (near Deans Walk End of Stadium). We also have accessible ramps outside our reception area in the event of access being required into reception, Abbey Business or 1873 Lounges. SHOW INFORMATION

1What support acts are playing?
The support artist for Olly Murs is Rak-Su. Support for Nile Rodgers is Gabrielle.
2What time do performances start?
The first act will begin at approximately 19:15.
3What happens if I'm late?
You will be allowed access to the event until 20:30, but no compensation will be offered if you have missed any part of the performance.
4What should I do if I have a problem at the event?
Please approach the nearest steward as soon as possible.
5Will there be strobe lighting?
Yes.

 


FACILITIES

1Are there any cash machines at the stadium?
No. Credit and debit cards will be accepted for food, drink and merchandise.
2What card payments do you accept?
All credit and debit cards will be accepted, apart from American Express.
3Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes,  Kingsholm Stadium has Wi-Fi available to visitors however, please note there is limited coverage in open areas such as the car park and pitch.  The only way to access the Wi-Fi is to download the Gloucester Rugby app from app Store or play store.
4I am at Kingsholm Stadium already how do I access your Wi-Fi?
If you haven’t downloaded the Gloucester Rugby app yet Select “App Download” on your Wi-Fi menu, download the Gloucester Rugby app from app store or play store.  Please note there is limited coverage in open areas such as the car park and pitch.
5Where can I smoke?
There will be designated smoking areas outside of the stadium bowl. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.
6Is food and drink available at the event?
There will be a range of food and drink to suit all tastes available at the event.
7What ID do you accept for the purchase of alcohol?
Challenge 25 will be in operation at the event and alcohol will only be served to those able to prove their age with a passport or driving licence.
8Is there a cloakroom for coats, bags or luggage?
Unfortunately, no cloakroom facilities will be available at the event.
9If my child is lost, where is the nearest meeting point?
Please approach the nearest steward immediately and notify them of the situation. We recommend using the First Aid Room in the South West Corner of the stadium as a meeting point in the event of losing any children, friends or family.
10How do I make a complaint?
If you have a complaint on the day of the event, please contact your nearest steward so that it can be addressed as soon as possible. If you want to make a complaint after the event, please email info@musisplussport.com.
11How can I leave feedback about my experience?
We welcome all feedback about your experience. You can submit it by emailing info@musisplussport.com and by emailing admin@gloucesterrugby.co.uk.  
12Who should I contact for lost property?
Please contact your nearest steward as soon as you realise you have lost something. If you do not realise until after the event, please email joeldaffurn@gloucesterrugby.co.uk.
13Will merchandise be available to purchase?
This will be confirmed closer to the time of the event.
14Can I get a shout out from the band?
No. We do not facilitate these requests.
