BOOKING AND COLLECTING TICKETS

1How much are tickets?
Pitch standing: £40 / Seating: from £42.50 / 10% booking fee applies.
2Do I pay a booking fee on my tickets?
When you’re booking with us, whether it’s online or over the phone, a 10% booking fee is applied to the face value of the ticket to cover the processing costs for the booking.
3Where can I buy tickets?
General Admission can be purchased from musicplussport.com, ticketmaster.co.uk or axs.com.
4Where can I buy hospitality?
Hospitality packages can be purchased from Northampton Saints by emailing sales@northamptonsaints.co.uk or by calling 01604 751543.
5How can I tell if a ticket seller or website is legitimate?
We recommend not purchasing tickets from unauthorised vendors as we cannot guarantee that they are authentic and you may be refused entry. Only purchase tickets from authorised ticket sellers: Music Plus Sport, Ticketmaster or AXS. Please note, we do not accept resold tickets from unofficial ticket sites such as Viagogo and similar secondary ticketing websites.
6When will I receive the tickets I purchased online or over the phone?
Your tickets will be emailed to you no later than two weeks prior to the event. Please check your junk/spam folders for this email.
7What should I do if my tickets don’t arrive?

If you have not received your tickets two weeks prior to the event, please
contact the point of purchase that you used:

8I have lost my tickets. Can I get replacements?

The relevant ticket outlet may issue duplicate Tickets at Music Plus Sport’s discretion. If the relevant ticket outlet issues a duplicate Ticket, it may charge a reasonable administration fee. Please contact the point of purchase that you used:

9How can I contact the Box Office?

10Can I upgrade my tickets once purchased/on the day?
No.
11If I can no longer attend, can I return or exchange my tickets?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pre-purchased tickets. Where an Event is cancelled, rescheduled and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event or where there is a material change to the programme of the event, you will be entitled to a refund.
12What do I do if the concert is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded at face value. Service charges will also be refunded, but order processing fees will not be. We will provide information from the event promoter regarding cancellation and refunds as soon as we can.
13How can I buy accessible seats?
For Accessible tickets, please call the AXS customer services team on 0203 481 55 04. Please note: you will be asked to send proof of eligibility.
14I’m a Saints STH, can I buy my matchday seat?
No.
15Does my ticket allow me to meet the band?
No. Meet and greets with the band are only available through winning competitions.

 


BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

1What should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing the following items:

  • Your print at home ticket(s)
  • Cash
  • Credit / debit cards
  • ID (driving licence or passport will be required to purchase alcohol if ID is
    requested)
  • Sealed, plastic water bottles (under 500ml)
  • Sunscreen
  • Waterproof clothes

2Can I bring my mobile phone?
Yes, but professional recording of the performance is not permitted.
3Can I bring my camera?
Cameras will be allowed in as long as they do not have a removable lens, but professional photography or recording of the performance is not permitted.
4Can I bring my iPad / tablet?
iPads/tablets will be allowed into the venue, but photography or recording of the performance is not permitted.
5How can I best plan my travel to and from the event?

6Is there parking available?
Franklin’s Gardens has 1,400 spaces available, all within walking distance of the stadium itself. Given that Franklin’s Gardens is in a residential area of the town, Saints strongly urge all supporters to use the club’s car parks. Should they choose not to do so, supporters must park with due care and respect to the needs of local residents and businesses.
7How much is parking and how do I book it?
Parking costs £10 per space and is available to pre book at time of purchasing your ticket through musicplussport.com or axs.com. Parking can be purchased when purchasing a ticket.
8How do I get to the stadium?
Exit the M1 at junction 15a or 16 and follow the signs to Northampton and Sixfields, or alternatively follow the brown rugby ball signs. At third roundabout after leaving the motorway, turn right onto A5076 (next to the Sixfields football stadium). Go straight over the mini roundabout onto Edgar Mobbs Way where the stadium car parks are clearly signposted. Media access parking is located in Car Park D, on the left hand side, opposite the pay and display car park. Please use the postcode NN5 5JT for satellite navigation devices, as most systems will take you to the main entrance of the ground not the car parks.
9Is there bike parking at the stadium?
There is a small bike shelter available in car park A – this holds approx. 15 bikes. There is no motorcycle parking at the stadium.

 


ENTRY

1What security measures are in place for the event?
An enhanced security operation will be in place for this event. We are working in partnership with the Police and all appropriate security measures have been taken. Bag searching will be carried out at all entry points, so please allow time for your bag to be checked.
2Can I take my bag in to the event?
Yes, but it will be checked as part of security measures. All bags will need to be smaller than an A4 piece of paper in size.
3What can't I bring into the stadium?

The following items will not be allowed into the stadium:

  • Audio or visual recording equipment
  • Banners
  • Fireworks
  • Flags / Flagpoles
  • Food and drink
  • Glass bottles
  • Laser pointers or similar
  • Smoke canisters or similar

4What types of food and drink can I bring in?
Only water in sealed, plastic bottles will be allowed into the stadium – under 500ml.
5Are there any age restriction for this event?
Our recommendation is that concerts at the Venue are not suitable for children under 16. Whilst we recommend that these events are not suitable for children under 16, if you do wish to bring them as part of your party, at your discretion, they can attend as long as they possess a valid ticket to gain entry and there is a responsible adult of 18 and above to every two children under 16.
6Can I bring an umbrella?
Umbrellas will be allowed into the venue, but we politely ask that they are not opened during the performance as it will impact others’ enjoyment of the event.
7Where is the hospitality entrance?
There will be a priority lane for hospitality guests at each of the two main entrances.
8Where is the box office on the day of the event?
The Box Office will be located by the main entrance of the stadium. If you have questions on the day or need to collect tickets, please speak to your nearest steward or visit the Box Office.
9When should I arrive?
Gates open at 4:30pm and the first act will begin at approximately 6:45pm. We recommend arriving early to allow for bag checks and queues.

 


SHOW INFORMATION

1What support acts are playing?
Lightning Seeds are supporting Madness on Friday 28th June.

Sigala is supporting Nile Rodgers & CHIC on Sunday 30th June.

2What happens if I'm late?
You will be allowed access to the event until 20:00, but no compensation will be offered if you have missed any part of the performance.
3What should I do if I have a problem at the event?
Please approach the nearest steward as soon as possible.
4Will there be strobe lighting?
Yes.
5Where will the stage be positioned?
At the south end of the stadium on the pitch.
6What time do performances start?
The first act will begin at approximately 7:15pm on Friday and 6:45pm on Sunday.
7What time does the concert end?
The concert will finish at approximately 10pm on Friday and 9:30pm on Sunday.

 


FACILITIES

1What card payments do you accept?
All credit and debit cards will be accepted.
2Do you have Wi-Fi?
No – there is no Wi-Fi at the stadium.
3Where can I smoke?
There will be designated smoking areas outside of the stadium bowl. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.
4Is food and drink available at the event?
There will be a range of food and drink to suit all tastes available at the event.
5What ID do you accept for the purchase of alcohol?
Challenge 25 will be in operation at the event and alcohol will only be served to those able to prove their age with a passport or driving licence.
6Is there a cloakroom for coats, bags or luggage?
Unfortunately, no cloakroom facilities will be available at the event.
7If my child is lost, where is the nearest meeting point?
We recommend using the First Aid room in the North West corner of the stadium as a meeting point in the event of losing any children, friends or family.
8How do I make a complaint?
If you have a complaint on the day of the event, please contact your nearest steward so that it can be addressed as soon as possible. If you want to make a complaint after the event, please email info@musisplussport.com.
9How can I leave feedback about my experience?
We welcome all feedback about your experience. You can submit it by emailing info@musisplussport.com.
10Who should I contact for lost property?
Please contact your nearest steward as soon as you realise you have lost something. If you do not realise until after the event, please contact the venue on 01604 751543.
11Will merchandise be available to purchase?
This will be confirmed closer to the time of the event.
12Can I get a shout out from the band?
No. We do not facilitate these requests.
