Everything you need to know about Jess Glynne coming to the South West!

Hotly tipped up-and-comers KIKO BUN and MULLALLY have been announced to support Jess Glynne at the 1st July concert, having been handpicked by the pop sensation herself. In addition, BBC Radio 2 favourite SARA COX will be spinning some of the best 80s hits to get you dancing prior to the evening entertainment. Excitement has been building for the concert since it’s announcement – being the first music-only event at Wincanton Racecourse, it will see thousands of music fans descend for a fun-filled family day out, ending in a spectacular firework finale.

SARA COX has built an unparalleled radio career, having presented the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast show for three years before graduating to BBC Radio 2, hosting the regular ‘Sounds of the 80s’ show – delivering the very best hits from the era. Having kept millions entertained on the airwaves with her love of music, she is also a recognisable TV personality having most recently presented ‘The Great Pottery Throwdown’ on BBC Two.

MULLALLY’s music packs a soulful punch, his sing-along pop vocal arrangements painting vivid pictures in the minds of his listeners. His first 3 releases (Overdose, Troubled Love and Wonderful) have amassed over 6 million streams on Spotify alone and have been championed by tastemakers such as BBC Radio 1 MTV, SBTV and more. A fixture on BBC 1Xtra and regular on the festival circuit, KIKO BUN has been heralded as the ‘Sound of Summer’ with his refreshing and contemporary sound based on the re-emergence of Reggae, Soul and golden era Hip Hop that continues to infiltrate mainstream music.

In addition to championing emerging talent in the form of Kiko Bun and Mullally, the racecourse is also proud to be supporting local suppliers, offering a selection of food to suit all budgets from local businesses. Mortimers, the local baker to the course, will be supplying freshly made sandwiches and finger food.
